Number buddy crew
Number Buddy Crew uses visual clues to help early mathematicians anchor number sense, concepts, and skills to memorable cartoon characters. The character, or Number Buddy, is a visual representation of the number or math concept. Hints are all around and wrapped into each character’s appearance and identity.
Number Buddies (0-20) have each number shown in the following ways: number, finger count, English name, Spanish name, tally marks, analog clock time, shape, marbles for quantity and distinguishing even and odd, ten frame representation, Roman numeral.
